I received this as a test product and I liked it fine but didn't love it. It has a decent flavor, dissolves quickly enough, and does give a good boost of energy but it doesn't last very long. I do like it if I know I need a boost for about an hour or so because that's about what I get. I don't think...

I was hesitant to try these strips as I am very sensitive to caffeine. However, the strip did not give me any jitters, nervousness or affect my sleep. What it did do was provide a nice, gentle increase in energy and focus which allowed me to complete a task I had been dreading! The berry flavor had a mildly medicinal taste to it, but it was tolerable, and washed away easily with a sip of water.The strips do take a little longer than expected to dissolve and there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out how to avoid having the strip stick to the roof of your mouth. I found that it is best to keep your mouth slightly open once you have placed the strip on your tongue. Otherwise, if you fully close your mouth right after placing the strip on your tongue, it will immediately adhere to the roof of your mouth. Overall, I find these to be a good product and will continue to purchase them!

I'm always on the hunt for ways to boost my motivation and energy, especially since keeping up with my kids and daily chores is a full-time job. I've often struggled with concentration due to what I suspect is ADHD, but these strips have been a total shift for me. I take one first thing in the morning and finally feel capable of tackling my entire to-do list. The taste is great, and they dissolve almost instantly on the roof of my mouth. It's truly the perfect pick-me-up!
