I honestly don't know if they work. I got thru half of a chew ... it wasn't soft and tasted awful. Was hopeful for the product... will try to find something in a pill form maybe. But cannot recommend the chews.

I absolutely love everything about these chews! Most reviews I've read refer to the terrible taste. Really ??? I have a difficult time eating only one! I only chew one every night, along with another supplement,cl for sleep. Before finding the best combination for sleep, I was chewing two as per suggested. Along with L-Theanine. I had to drop the Theanine due to side effects, but I continued with force Factor but reduced it to one a night. My other supports is a CBD combo funny. I fall asleep easily, night awake briefly, then fall back asleep. I've had no noticeable side effects. AND I LOVE THE TASTE!!! I even plan to try some candy chews that might taste similar. Five stars from me. I must add this. Prior to force Factor magnesium and the gummies, I had taken Ambien nightly for about 10 years.bibcanbtellntoybthis,cuts not easy to find a non prescription sheep aid that works after years of Ambien. Thank you force Factor and CBD.

I bought a bottle of this and the bottle was all blown up like with too much air or something. They taste totally disgusting!!! Definitely no mixed berry taste at all!!! You have to peel product from wrapper so some sticks.

These are great! I have been taking them for awhile now. I take them about 30 minutes before bed and by the time I get in bed I fall right to sleep and I sleep all night! Also, I like the taste. They are a little chewy but no more than a star burst candy.
