Don't taste as good as I hoped.
They seem to be helping with cravings and cutting back on food... but they *do not taste good* in my opion. They taste like you're eating a lemon peel with tons of pith (bitter white part).

I haven't seen any change or anything happen. One good thing I can say is that they don't taste bad to where I'm not able to eat them so that's a plus.
