I bought 3 months supply. I am cramping and waking up tired. I take my vitamins at night but nothing change that I could remember. I'm gonna wait it out and see if it gets better.

Too many B vitamins at high percentages
I saw the B vitamins were suuuper high in this formula, so I decided to take 1 capsules for my first dose, instead of the recommended 2. Within 30-ish minutes, my head and ears had so much pressure, I had a headache, and was dizzy. All of this also triggered my anxiety. It finally wore off, but I never took another dose and returned the vitamins.

Great supplement to take. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. I also am hoping will reduce my cortisol some and help with weight loss. I have tried many vitamins but this one I feel is the bets on the market.
