I only take one a day instead of two
The taste is a little much, but I haven't had a capsule multi-vitamin that didn't have this problem. I take one a day because I noticed on days I tried to take two I felt a bit nauseous. I've only been on this regimen (also taking metabolove) two weeks
DISGUSTING
The taste was horrible along with the smell. I could barley force them down and they made me super sick. they then made me bloated, gave me cramps, and I could taste it for the rest of the day. I would not recommend. This is a horrible product.
WARNING MAY CAUSE B.O
I really wanted to love these especially because of its claims to lower cortisol, however I never noticed any difference. I didn't feel more energized, less stressed, clearer skin literally nothing. I finished a whole bottle and contemplated if I wanted to repurchase because I know some vitamins and supplements can take 2-3 months before you notice a change. After some thought I said what the heck and gave it another try. Still no difference except like one reviewer said I SMELLED! Omg I do not have a b.o and I keep up with my hygiene but no matter what I did these made me smell so bad. And yes I noticed the smell with the first bottle but it wasn't as strong. I didn't connect the two together and didn't want to just blame the vitamins. Babyy rest assure it was definitely the vitamins. Sweating made it worst lol I literally didn't want to move or get too hot. Also like she said (TMI) but it could possible throw off your lady bits PH Balance causing it to have an odor as well. Time I stopped taking them the smell went away. It took me about a week or so without the vitamins for my body to kick the smell.
So far, so good.
Takes time but I'm a fan of the vitamins ingredients and there is no taste or after taste; no upset stomach. So far I'm enjoying the little boost.
Super Vitamin!
I was skepticsl because it sounded like just another fad. Im so glad I tried it. Like others have said, it helped get my anxiety down. (Also, diagnosed and didnt like taking prescrip meds). Overall i felt more calm and in control, which might be that "helps balancs hormones." I will note, tne first couple days I had a 30 mins period where i felt kind of off, warm and weird but it never happened again. Ive been taking 1 a day for three months and overall I feel better!
