SUGGESTED USE:
Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take in the morning either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.

Not worth it
The only reason I answered yes, I would recommend is because just because this product did not work for me does not mean it won't work for someone else. I did not give it 5 stars, but I also could not give it 1 star. I do not have bad skin. In fact, I look much younger than my age—I am 38. Over the past month, I have noticed that my skin looks extremely clear. However, I cannot say for sure if this product is the reason, or if it is simply the face cream I am currently using. As for hair growth, I have seen no improvement at all. I do not have issues with hair growing in general; my issue is bald spots, which is a big difference. That was the main reason I tried this product. I am now on my third bottle and have seen no change—no new growth and no improvement in the bald spots. Because of this, I will not be purchasing it again. For me personally, it was a waste of money. Again, this is only my experience, and it may work differently for others. FYI I have the same review on the other one I think it's mango flavored now this one has a really weird flavor that I cannot stand and that's just me

The thickest, most disgusting sludge that tastes like foul medicine mixed with raspberry vape. Truly hard to take.
