Every melatonin pill/gummie makes me groggy and doesn't really help me sleep (forget about it if you can't fall asleep!) but this is a paradigm shift. Unfortunately, these did not work for me. I wake up in the middle of the night and this didn't help me get back to sleep. The product sticks well and didn't cause irritation. I think maybe 3 mg might work better.
