I live where the sun sets really early in winter and it can be very cloudy as well. I decided to try this product in hopes of feeling less depressed about winter. I realized my seasonal depression is mainly my lack of vitamin D. Let me tell you I feel like I have found a new sense of joy and hope after trying this product! It's so much easier for me to manage my mood and emotions throughout the day and I feel much more rejuvenated. Definitely recommend if you live where the sun doesn't shine some days.
