This has become my go-to whenever I have headaches or feel tension building in my temples and neck. The cooling, soothing sensation is instant and feels so relaxing without being overpowering. I love that it's made with natural essential oils and it also smells amazing and feels really clean on the skin
Test on skin first
I placed just a few dots on my scalp line and within minutes it started burning and turning my skin pink. I had to wash it off with soap to remove it but it continued to burn for another 30 minutes. Ouch! Very strong. Test on skin first!
Does help
Smaller than expected for the price however the products do help relive MINOR pain (1-4/10 on pain scale). Use in between doses of actual medicine if you tend to have moderate (pain scale 5-6/10) to reduce repeat dosing.

I've tried other essential oil/homeopathic rollers for my headaches with little success. Saje has proven successful meeting the hype. I did find I had to reapply after a recent headache but nonetheless the headache didn't worsen eventually calmed. Portable, easy to apply, effective, and no negative side effects in the name of headache relief. I found I actually really enjoy the inhaler stick in this kit and have found myself reaching for it even in moments of stress.
