It was actually recommended to use from my 🩺Dermatologist's Office to use 4-7 days, after receiving invasive laser treatments. ✅First three days I use a thin amount of Aquafor. ✅Days four to seven I use Cicaplast Balm. ✅Days eight to day 29 I use Cicaplast Gel.

My skin was rough and dry causingvmy make up to look cakey. I used tgis product and within a day a felt and saw the difference in my skin. By the end of the week it, my skin was smooth and felt great!

Good barrier support
Ive been using this recently as i compromised my skin barrier and it is helping heal it afain. I wouldnt say the ingredients are doing the healing. It basically provides a nice coating on the fsce that locks moisture in. It's good if you apply a regular moisturizer underneath then seal it with this. It will pill up if you live in a humid climate so maybe not thr best choice for makeup. It's great at night on face to seal, on feet, and on hands.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This balm is soothing and moisturizing! I love using it on dry or irritated skin, and i've even used it as a diaper rash cream for my baby. It's a nice protective barrier and a little goes a long way. Definitely a multipurpose staple!
