I don't think it's a defect
Note: I didn't purchase this at ulta, so i dont think its an issue with the batch(es) received by Ulta. Like so many before me, I was not expecting blue liquid to run out of the tube, but that is what i got. Nonetheless, I squeezed rhe tube until the… paste? Cream? Solidlike portion… exited the tube. I have rosecea, and a weak skin barrier. After using this product overnight and waking up to red blotchiness all over my face and neck, I have decided this isnt the thing for me. Luckily, washing my face calmed the redness. Unluckily, the skin underneath was neither softer nor calmer than the night before. I will be returning this.
Bad batch of product
I love this product but what I got was no good. The copper serum was seperated and would not reconstitute to form a single substance. I tried multpile times and just nothing. Returned product and went to another retailer to purchase.
Saved my skin barrier !!!
I tried to use too many face serums with azelaic, vitamin c, nicinamade and etc… ended up damaging my skin barrier. This was the only product that helped my skin come back to normal, my skin was no longer irritated or red. The first couple days I noticed a difference. If your skin barrier is compromised please try this out !!!
I usually love this product but...
My holy grail for a long time! I never go to bed without at least applying this one product. However, my latest purchase was super watery and seemed defective. Ulta was wonderful and took it back. Will repurchase once the defective batch clears.
