Separated during shipping
Was wondering what my issue was with the product until I read some recent reviews. I guess that during shipping if the product gets cold it separates. Pretty disappointing to have a bunch of blue water shoot out of the packaging during the first use. If possible I would buy this product in store and not order it online.
Reformulated!
This has been a lifesaver for my rosacea over the last year. Sadly, it has been reformulated and it's garbage. They have also increased the price! I used to be able to get 3.3 oz for $26 and now it's over $40.
Total wasted money!
I have loved using the Revitalizing Nourshing Cream, so when Ulta had a sale before Christmas I bought that and Cicalfate for my dry skin and ezcema. This is a throwaway product at this point unless Ulta will refund. The separation is real and a total mess. I have shaken the tube, smooshed the tube and other things in hopes of getting the water to combine with the solid in the tube. Nothing works. Please don't buy this. Stick to the Revitalizing Nourishing Cream. That product is legit!
Seperates if shipped during freezing temps.
I ordered this and it came in completely separated. After massaging the tube to try to get it to blend back together, it only formed curds inside blue water. Ended up going to the store to return it and got one in person that is not damaged by cold shipping.
