Hear me out
I love this product and it's absolutely amazing! Yes sometimes separating happens when it's exposed to cold temperatures below 41ºF making it freeze and when it thaws the thermal spring water inside separates causing a watery liquid to come out. It's still safe to use and keeps its full strength, and can be fixed easily by soaking the sealed tube in a cup of warm water for a few minutes. Then take it out and massage or shake the tube to re-emulsify the thermal water and cream.
Broke me out
The procuts wasn't too bad, I liked it at first but eventually it started breaking me out in whiteheads and little red pimples. I still use is on certain parts of my face that aren't as acne prone, but I don't love it as much as I thought I would. I do have very acne prone, red, sensitive, combo skin with perioral dermatitis, so this might work great for someone who isn't as acne prone!
wonderful skin care product
This is one of the best skin care products I have ever discovered. I put it on any area of irritated or problem skin. I have used it on areas that need healing, for example breakout areas, and on scars from derm procedures. The results are amazing and I am sure this helps with healing. I have also never had any problems with this product at all arriving in good condition, which I have seen in some of the reviews. I have bought many, many tubes of this over many years and this is one thing I will never be without in my skin care lineup.

Holy Grail
Thia moisturizer is is my holy grail. It is calming and insanely moisturizing. I use .1 tret and this is the only moisturizer that doesn't burn if I get too dry. If you happen to get a tube that is separated, all you have to do is shake until it recombines (it takes a bit of effort but its worth it!).
