complete repair cream
After using this once, I completely understood why it's such a dermatologist‑recommended holy grail. Anytime my skin barrier needs serious support — winter dryness, post‑laser irritation, or retinol sensitivity — this cream comes to the rescue. It's deeply soothing without being harsh or irritating, and a little goes a long way. It's gentle enough that I feel comfortable using it on my kids when needed. By morning, my skin feels calm, hydrated, and looks like I just had a facial. This isn't an every‑night product for me, but it's my absolute go‑to rescue.
Definitive re purchase
I absolutely love this soothing cream, I have dry and sensitive skin due to a thyroid disease and use this as a last step in my skincare routine every night. When my skin is super irritated I use it as a sort of mask, while I do agree that the formula should be more stable for separation of the cream and the blue spring water. A quick reddit search showed me a solution of putting the tube in hot water for a minute or two, then shaking it up like crazy, then the mixture combines, let it cool in the fridge, and problem fixed. I've been using this for a long while but have never written a review until now, will repurchase for as long as I can.
Defective cream formulation
I bought this cream last week and I wish I looked at the rest of the reviews before I purchased. The cream and the liquid separate and it leaks out and doesn't apply well as a result. I'm super disappointed given the price - is this the standard?
Nope.
Had to return this because I think the product expired. Opening the tube and oil leaked out everywhere. There was no way to mix the product after it separated.
Great moisturizer.
I am very pleased with results. My skin is clearing of large pores and helps with fine lines. Perfect moisturizer.
