Holy grail for sensitive skin

This product saved my skin after months of trying everything. I've realized that my skin is just not meant for retinoids- regardless of formula, sandwich method, starting extremely slow with no other actives etc. After my last stint of trying retinal (used 2x) i developed a rash that I believe to ha...

Drying and Irritating

This had zero positive effects on my skin. It feels fine upon application and absorbs well enough, but that's about it in terms of positives. Since adding it to my regimen (the only new thing), my roasacea has been worse (redness and bumps), my perioral dermatitis flared up again after being pretty much resolved for 6+ mos, and my skin just felt dry and uncomfortable. I didn't suspect this serum for quite a while because it's marketed as something to help soothe and moisturize. I am a good 3/4 through the bottle, but finally I realized my skin has been getting worse and worse since adding this product into my night routine. A week after stopping this serum, and my skin is so much calmer, perioral dermatitis nearly fully resolved again, and rosacea bumps gone. I learned if it isn't broke, dont try to fix it. I was trying to add an additinal soothing and moisturizing product to my sensitive skin routine for winter, and it ended up having the total opposite effect. Would not recommend.

Not for my sensitive skin

I was really excited to try this as I love the Cicalfate+ cream by this brand but I was really disappointed when after 2 days my skin started peeling off and felt extremely dry and thick. This product was the only change. I tested this out twice to be sure that this product was what caused the horrible reaction. If you have dry sensitive skin I would stay away from this product. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Holy Grail

As someone who has chronologically dehydrated skin, this has been a miracle. Every type of moisturizer—cream, lotion, gel, water cream—always causes breakouts, especially closed comedones, for me. My skin needs something rich and hydrating but since I'm also acne-prone, my skin hates anything with fatty alcohols. The first day I tried this, my skin looked so plump and refreshed. It's been about a week of using. this as my daily moisturizer and I love it! I can't believe I found something that actually works for my skin.

I never write reviews but i had to for this product! I used to use hylauronic acid as a base and its just so watery. Ive used other serums as well, but they never seemed to do much for me. I only started using rhis a few days ago but already my skin looks so much better and healthier. Absolute must have.
