Hi! I'm a first time buyer of The Ordinary, and just purchased the niacinamide 10% + zinc, Alpha Arbutin 2% HA, and Lactic Acid 10% HA. My issues are uneven skin tone/texture, large pores and fine lines. Can I use these products together? If so in what order? I've already started the niacinamide morning and evening and can already see an improvement. I haven't tried the other two yet.

Hi there! So glad to hear that Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is working out for you :) We'd recommend cleansing followed by Lactic Acid 10% + HA (in the PM only 1-3x/week), then Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

How long do you leave this on
Asked by Moon
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is designed as a leave-on treatment. Generally, we recommend applying water-based solutions first, followed by anhydrous or oil formulations, and finally cream/suspension formulas. If you have more than one water-based serum, you can apply based on the priority of your concern (the product that targets the most important concern should go first). We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Can you use this along with vitamin C serum if you used the niaminicide in the evenings and vitamin c in the mornings? Can this be used while also using retinolA-tretanoin.025?
Asked by Clueless
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hey there! We recommend using Vitamin C products in separate regimens than products containing Niacinamide. You may use Vitamin C in the Morning and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% at night. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. (Tretinoin 0.25% /Retin-A) We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. Was this answer helpful to you

I bought this product, along with a few others from The Ordinary, & it's destroyed my skin. I used to have smooth, clear skin & after using their products; my skin is dry, flakey, & it BURNS when I used their products!
