- Helps to tighten and brighten
- Helps to improve suppleness and softness
- EWG VERIFIED
Key Ingredients
- Mandelic Acid: Increased cell turnover and exfoliating properties from mandelic acid can help reduce the look of dark marks and sun damage. By dissolving skin cells, mandelic acid is also known to help increase cell turnover, reducing the appearance of skin damage or blemishes.
- Niacinamide: All skin types, including mature skin can benefit from niacinamide. This ingredient can help your skin improve the production of ceramide (lipid) barrier, which can, in turn, help retain moisture.
- Resveratrol: Known for is significant skin-calming properties, resveratrol may help minimize the look of redness. It can also assist in protecting the skin's surface, interrupts and helps rebuff negative environmental influences, and brightens the appearance of a tired-looking complexion.
Formulated Without
- Sulfates: DIME products never contain skin irritating ingredients such as sulfates. Sulfate-free products are gentle on the skin, and can help decrease the chances of an allergic reaction.
- Parabens: Certain parabens have been linked to hormone disruption. DIME prohibits all parabens, including Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Isopropylparaben, Methylparaben, and Propylparaben.
- Fragrance: DIME never uses any form of fragrance, natural or synthetic, in any facial skincare products due.
- Phthalates: Certain phthalates (like Dibutyl Phthalate, aka DBP, or DEHP, and DEP) appear on product labels, but most typically remain unlisted, hiding under the term “fragrance.” Since some phthalates have been linked to hormone disruption, DIME avoids them.

- Q
Can the TBT serum be used in conjunction with the Dark Spot Corrector on my chest? If so, which product should I apply first? I'm in my early 30's & am trying to fade hyperpigmentation on my chest from years of being unkind to my skin. I'm currenty using the Dark Spot Corrector (& loving it!) & would like to add an additional product to boost results. Would the TBT serum be appropriate or do you have another suggestion? Thank you!
- Asked by Kait
- Official Answer By DIME Beauty - Brand EngageHi there, thank you for reaching out and sharing a bit about your skincare journey. It's wonderful to hear that you're loving the Dark Spot Corrector! The TBT Serum can absolutely be used in conjunction with the Dark Spot Corrector. Our TBT Serum contains Mandelic Acid and Niacinamide. These ingredients help diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Our TBT Serum is also going to help hyper-accelerate skin cell turnover. For layering, we recommend applying the TBT Serum first, giving it a moment to absorb, and then following with the Dark Spot Corrector. If you're looking to give your routine an extra boost, you might also want to explore the TBT Cream and the Hyper Glow Serum. The TBT Cream supports healthy skin renewal by accelerating cell turnover, helping to plump and firm the skin, and reducing the appearance of wrinkles, while the Hyper Glow Serum is supercharged with ferulic acid, resveratrol, hyaluronic acid, aloe, magnolia bark extract, and grape seed extract, which helps increase its free radical-fighting ability. Let us know if you have any questions along the way. We're always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

As someone who has tried numerous anti-aging products
As someone who has tried numerous anti-aging products over the years, I can honestly say that TBT Serum is one of the best I've ever used. The serum has a lightweight, silky texture that absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving no greasy or sticky residue behind. After using it consistently for severa...

Nice product. Half empty container.
Seems to be nice but I agree with all those reviewers who noted the bottle was half empty. So are they shorting the number of ounces or putting it in a bottle that is too large to make it appear that you are getting more? If it's the latter, shame on them. Not only is that deceptive marketing, it wastes more fuel transporting the heavy-ish glass bottles.
Not good
I am not sure what is up with this product, but this did not work for me at all. In fact, I feel like it did the opposite of what it claims it does. I put this on my face as directed and I started breaking out and having redness all over. I then stopped putting it on my face and started putting it on my neck instead try to see if maybe the area I was using it on was just not the best, but unfortunately, putting it on my neck caused excessive dryness. I really didn't want to throw this product away given the price point so I thought maybe I'll use it on my chest. Used it on my chest for a day and I instantly broke out redness and itchiness occurred later that evening. I have no idea what's going on with this product but it's just really terrible and it does nothing for me. I would say be very careful. I'm really not sure what the ingredient reaction is here but my skin hates it. For this reason, I would not recommend or purchase again I had high hopes for the dime line and at first my skin was OK with it. I have the toner as well but now my skin is just really hating both products.
Not the best
Mandelic is an ingredient that helps with hyperpigmentation. Ive been usinng this for about a month now, mornings and evenings. There has been no significant fading of my hyperpigmentation from acne scars. There are better products a bit cheaper than this one. There is also no percentage that tells you how much mandelic acid is in this product; standard amount is 5-8% and highest would be 11%. There's an odor to this serum, and the consistency is between runny and tacky.
Love glass skin
Has reduced wrinkles slightly in a week. Got lots of compliments on glowy skin. Not greasy. love!!
Watery but spreadable texture, seems to be working
I have combination skin. This serum has a watery texture, so I dispense it one drop at a time. One drop covers my forehead and is easy to spread. It absorbs almost instantly--great for my T-zone, but too drying for my cheeks. I have abandoned other serums due to silicone-y, oily, or waxy textures, so this one is a terrific find for me. I use it about 5x per week on my forehead, which had a persistent summer tan despite daily SPF40 and nightly prescription retinoid treatment. After about two months, my forehead is starting to blend in with my face again. It's hard to say whether this is mostly due to the change in seasons, but I am also using a drop on an old scar on my leg, and I think that scar has faded slightly, too. It does not seem to have any effect on freckling/sun spots on my nose though, so I've discontinued it there. I got this on sale and am glad that I gave it a chance. I'm encouraged enough to keep using it.
