IT WORKS, but dries out your skin
When I first got this product I LOVED it. After a few weeks I realized although it was clearing up my acne very fast (at night I had a blemish, and the next morning the swelling was down and there was only a scar left), it dried out my skin terribly. My go to! 
I'm currently going through perimenopause and getting acne because of it. I tried patches, I tried creams, and absolutely nothing works as well as this does! Yes, if you continue to use it once the zit is mostly gone, your skin will dry out. Common sense… Don't abuse your skin once the it is mostly gone! Sometimes it does sting a little at first when you put it on. But literally nothing will clear my skin up faster than this! And I use it directly on zits, or in areas where I'm starting to break out. I absolutely recommend this product!
Effective, but too smelly
This product was great at bringing blemishes to a head, but the sulfur smell is really intense. Even after completely washing my face, I could still smell it for hours. I'm keeping it for emergencies, but not regular use.

Incredible product, i have some serious acne a combo of cystic ancne and hormonal acne since i was 15, i am now 26 and have struggled my whole 20s to have nice skin. Nothing has helped excepts laser every month and chemical peels (not cheap) but now This product genuinely helps! Ive been using it for 2 or 3 months and i have it down how i like to use it. In the mornings, I wash my face with the other kate products because I feel like they work so well for me or just a bar of soap and I will take this product dip my Q-tip in the bottom pull it out put it on the back of my palm and put it With my moisturizer and mix it together and I'll put that whole thing on my face and sometimes I'll even layer another layer of just the moisturizer on top and I get so much compliments on my skin because it has that hue to it and it makes your whole face look like one color and it just sinks right into my skin and looks like I have a filter on. I do that every morning and then at night I wash it off or if I do any kind of sweaty activity I wash it off and then I'll do the spot treatment, but sometimes I'll even sleep with it as a mask and it really stepped it up for me the results of my skin cleaning up and every time I wear it in the mornings to work I literally get compliments on how good my skin looks and how it looks so even so, yeah this product will forever be in my house. My skin has cleared up in less yhan two months!! if i feel really dry i skip a day using it. Wish i could share photos!
Good formula but not for everyone
I was recommended this product from a friend of mine who said it did wonders for her hormonal acne. However it did quite the opposite for me. Broke me out the worst my skin has ever been in painful cystic acne. If you have incredibly sensitive acne prone/combination skin like I do, please patch test before! Really wish I could've liked this product.

so it does burn a bit and smells like sulfure, but it dramatically reduced a very red and painful pimple I had. worked with 1 use overnight. I can barely see it now. Worth it!
