Ok so I'll start off by saying that I only had a week to try this product out, as well as the 10% azelaic cream. So I don't think that's quite enough time to properly see how a product is for your skin. Not to mention trying two new products together. How am I supposed to know which product is doing...

Calms redness
This product is great for mild rosacea and redness. I agree with other reviews that the texture is gritty, but I can get past it due to the great results!

I am very happy I purchased this Azelaic Acid treatment. I had Post-inflammatory Erythema (PIE) all over my face and other products were not working for me at all. I bought this cream in March, and the treatment has worked wonders for me. I would totally recommend it to anybody that has stubborn PIE. I can see a lot of difference since March, and it has only been 5 months applying it to the affected area. You just have to be consistent, I will 100% buy again! :)
amazing stuff!!
i struggle with hormonal acne. this has helped prevent my smaller breakouts, and my larger cystic breakouts no longer leave red marks for 2+ months. this is the only product that has EVER made any difference for me. it fades redness so fast. 10/10

This is a really solid, high-quality, affordable choice for Azelaic acid. Im not a super big fan of the gritty texture, I prefer thin gel/cream consistencies but I dont think it should deter you from picking this up unless you absolutely cant handle texture like that. It does go away once you rub it into your face.
Great for redness and acne
Works very well I struggle with light rosacea and my redness has gone down a lot, my skin is very sensitive and my skin adjusted very well.
