Ok so I'll start off by saying that I only had a week to try this product out, as well as the 10% azelaic cream. So I don't think that's quite enough time to properly see how a product is for your skin. Not to mention trying two new products together. How am I supposed to know which product is doing...

Ineffective on my skin
I've been having many acne breakouts below my nose and above my upper lip as well as the chin area, often leaving faint scars and red blotches. I read this product helped minimize post-acne spots and soothed facial redness, but it's been ineffective on my skin. I continue to have redness from old pimples below my nose after using this product for over two months. I'm almost out of the product and do not plan to buy again.
Really gentle formula
This is only formula of azelaic acid that doesnt give me redness! I've tried 4 other formulas and none of them was like this one
Helped to clear my skin
I've had cystic acne and pustules for a long time and this helped me clear them up. If I get a breakout, it goes away quickly. It also helps with redness. I've been using it for about a month and a half now and slowly worked my way up to nightly use. Make sure to let it absorb into your skin for about 10 minutes before applying moisturizer. It leaves a slight film on your face so I would recommend using it at night if you don't like that feeling. I don't think it has a bad smell like the other comments!
Really effective for rosacea / smells like puke though
I've been having a crazy rosacea breakout all over my nose, off and on, for two months. I had tried pimple patches to "empty out" the bumps, but they just kept refilling. I tried this, and overnight my whole nose seemed to calm down. The redness is gone, and everything seems on its way to healing. Someone mentioned that the cream smells like puke, and this is 100% accurate ;-D. Not "smells like puke" as in "smells bad"; it literally smells like bile - but it is mild enough that it's sort of just a funny observation & it does fade. I'll take 10 minutes of a barf nose over a rosacea flare up in the dead center of my face any day.

I dont mind this but I also dont think it is necessary, the cleanser is more effective then this . skip on this and save your money
