I've been using the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base for a while now, and I completely understand why it's so popular. It makes my skin feel incredibly soft, smooth, and hydrated without feeling greasy. My makeup applies so much more evenly on top of it, and it helps create a healthy, glowy finish that lasts all day. The texture is rich but absorbs surprisingly well, and the light citrus scent makes it feel luxurious. It grips makeup just enough while still acting like a moisturizer, so I don't need to use multiple products. Even on days when I don't wear makeup, I love using it because it leaves my skin looking fresh and plump. It's definitely on the pricier side, but a little goes a long way. I love the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base! It's a great cream that hydrates the skin while creating a smooth base for makeup. Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base is a rich emollient moisturizer with a luxe feel. Despite being thick it quickly absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling, but it does leave a soft glow without being shiny. Despite being skeptical about it working as a dual moisturizer and primer it worked beautifully all day at an outdoor wedding in July. The only drawback is that it has a fairly heavy scent that tends to hang around for quite a while. It it weren't for the fragrance this would easily be a 5☆ product. I so wanted this product to work for me. Everything about it said I'd found my next great addition to my pre make up routine. I even love the way it smells! Like a day spa. Every time I went to use this product... It made my face burn. I would get red & blotchy. I rearranged the order of my existing products. It did not help. Still the same burn. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5 Stars) Highly hydrating prep for sensitive skin! As someone with very sensitive skin, I am always hesitant to try new face products, but I have had absolutely zero reactions to this. Here is my honest breakdown: The Pros: It is incredibly lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin looking and feeling physically more hydrated. I absolutely love the jar packaging with the screw-on lid makes it so easy to control exactly how much product I use, and it looks beautiful sitting on my vanity. It has become a staple in my morning routine; it supports my skincare regimen and does a good job of securing my makeup. The Cons: I'm not a huge fan of the scent. it smells a bit like a vitamin C serum or hints at a daily multivitamin. I also initially worried about the yellow color of the cream and wished it had more of a peach or pink tint instead. However, it didn't change the tone or color of my complexion at all once applied.
