Can't live without my Nodpod. Didn't know what I was missing until I made this purchase. Talk about keeping the light out too! Helps me go back to sleep and honestly the weight just feels so good on my body.

Honestly, I was skeptical because I've never liked going to spas or felt relaxed when somebody puts a random mask on my face. But somehow the pressure calms my brain down enough that I'm able to get sleepy. Recommend for insomniacs everywhere!
