Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

I needed a good cleaning today, use this sample I got in a gift. yes my hair feels clean. but my strands were left feeling dry as the desert. and semi straw like. I've also NEVER had an issue with my hair being staticy after or during blow drying, and that was odd. lately with the routine I have I do not have to straighten my hair after blowing out my hair, and this time I definitely needed to. so yeah never again.
