Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

I absolutely love this shampoo. It smells amazing (as do all of OAUI's products), a little goes a long way (seriously, it foams up way better than most shampoos, so you barely need to use any at all!), and the bottle lasts forever if you only use it once every week or two. If you're not used to buying high-end hair products, do not feel bad about this price tag because it will seriously take you forever to finish it. As for the detox properties, it definitely does its job. My hair is very clean and lightweight the next morning. However, I have the most oily hair in the entire world so it doesn't last long for me. Lol

Hair Type Straight Hair
I love this shampoo I use it everyday! My hair is straight and thin so I only use a little bit of it and it makes a good lather. I don't use a conditioner at all and my hair feels soft and smooth while washing. Then after washing, I use Ouai Hair Oil to make it even softer, smoother, hydrated and shiny.

I bought the deluxe to try it out and I enjoyed using it. I could tell that my hair was being thoroughly cleanse but it wasnt drying. Make sure to follow with a hydrating shampoo.
Insanely drying
