I have multi textured strands and multi curl patterned dry type 3 & 4 low porosity hair. True cleansing is imperative for any wash day to turn out good for me. it feels really gentle on my hair but still cleans well without drying it out. my curls look softer and more defined after using it, and i love how it doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped or rough. the hydration is actually noticeable. my hair feels smoother and easier to manage, especially on days when it usually gets frizzy. plus, it smells nice without being too strong. definitely one of those products i'd keep using when i want my curls to look healthy and feel soft. i received the product for educational purposes.

I ended up liking the Olaplex N°4Curl Bond Shaper Hydrating Curl Shampoo a lot! I felt like I had noticeable differences in curl definition after using this product. I preferred using it roughly once a week, substituting with a clarifying and hydrating shampoo throughout the week. The shampoo itself had smelled nice, was easy to lather and apply, and was easy to rinse out. Within 1-2 weeks, I noticed that my curls had become more individually defined, and less frizzy. Even using the bond shaper shampoo + conditioner once a week worked great for my hair. Overall, I was super happy with this product and will keep it in my rotation! I received this product for free for testing purposes.
