Not for thick hair
I really wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for my hair. It left my hair feeling oily and limp with absolutely no volume. The roots looked flat, almost like I had hat hair, and the ends clumped together in a strange way, almost dread-like. When I brushed it out, it looked okay for a moment...

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!
This product line is absolutely awful. My hair has never looked or felt worse! It feels like straw and it looks like I haven't washed it. Its so bad that when blow dried, my hair it still looks "wet". I bought the volume shampoo and conditioner (what a joke - my hair looks auper flat), the leave in treatment, the detaingler, the volume spray and the once a week conditioner. It's all trash! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I have pretty thin hair, so conditioner is important to detangle it all, but can easily overwhelm and weigh down my hair. this product has been amazing at finding the right balance and I will continue to use it!
Not for thick hair
I really wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for my hair. It left my hair feeling oily and limp with absolutely no volume. The roots looked flat, almost like I had hat hair, and the ends clumped together in a strange way, almost dread-like. When I brushed it out, it looked okay for a moment, but the clumping came right back. The shampoo didn't lather well, so I had to use a lot more product than usual just to work it through my hair. I have long, medium-thick hair that falls to the middle of my back, and after washing, it felt soft yet greasy at the same time, which was really confusing. Overall, it just didn't feel like a high-quality formula. I was hoping for that effortless, healthy Jennifer Aniston look, but my hair ended up looking heavy, flat, and dull instead. Definitely disappointing for the price.

I did use the shampoo & conditioner so I can't be sure of what they do individually. It left my hair really soft with more body than normal which I need. I wash my hair 3-4 times a week. There was no buildup left on my hair that I could feel. I did notice that the following day my scalp was much oilier than usual. That became an issue for me but I have sensitive skin. If you do not have scalp issues this is a great product. I'll be experimenting with them individually in hope I can keep using them and not be oily.

I have very fine hair, so volume is always a plus in my hair care routine. This shampoo, paired with the conditioner did deliver. I also have a very sensitive scalp, and am pleased to say that this didn't make the situation worse (as many do), though of course it did not alleviate my flaring psoriasis, either (I didn't expect it to). I admit, I wasn't "wow"ed by the conditioner, and it was a bit thinner than I usually like, but there wasn't anything wrong with it either. I truly love the smell, though, which will surely bring me back.
