Not for thick hair
I really wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for my hair. It left my hair feeling oily and limp with absolutely no volume. The roots looked flat, almost like I had hat hair, and the ends clumped together in a strange way, almost dread-like. When I brushed it out, it looked okay for a moment...

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS!
This product line is absolutely awful. My hair has never looked or felt worse! It feels like straw and it looks like I haven't washed it. Its so bad that when blow dried, my hair it still looks "wet". I bought the volume shampoo and conditioner (what a joke - my hair looks auper flat), the leave in treatment, the detaingler, the volume spray and the once a week conditioner. It's all trash! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I feel so duped. I gave it a try because sometimes I find a gem when I try something new. Not this time. I usually only have to wash my hair one to two times a week, but this has left my hair is so oily that I'm barely making it two days WITH a ton of dry shampoo helping.

I really wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for my hair. It left my hair feeling oily and limp with absolutely no volume. The roots looked flat, almost like I had hat hair, and the ends clumped together in a strange way, almost dread-like. When I brushed it out, it looked okay for a moment, but the clumping came right back. The shampoo didn't lather well, so I had to use a lot more product than usual just to work it through my hair. I have long, medium-thick hair that falls to the middle of my back, and after washing, it felt soft yet greasy at the same time, which was really confusing. Overall, it just didn't feel like a high-quality formula. I was hoping for that effortless, healthy Jennifer Aniston look, but my hair ended up looking heavy, flat, and dull instead. Definitely disappointing for the price.
