Do you use the whole bottle for just one treatment?

Once you have towel dried your hair, shake the Hair Treatment, apply onto the scalp, and gently massage over areas of concern or entire scalp. You will only need 3-4 pumps for the entire scalp. Follow up by gently combing through hair. You should not wash the Hair Treatment out; simply dry and style as usual. Do not use the scalp and hair treatment on days you do not shampoo. After a few months, I can see a difference!
I used Nioxin shampoo and conditioner a few times a week for several years but didn't really notice a difference in how much hair I was ahedding daily. This Fall Defense shampoo made an instant difference in the amount of hair i shed daily and in the shower. Instead of picking up a few hundred hairs out if the drain, I pick up about 20. I also have regrowth all over my head, and can see the three and four inch hairs all over my head. My ponytail is thicker, and my hair has more body. I lost a lot of volume the last few years, after an extended illness, and after using this shampoo for four months, I'm a believer.
