Start by wetting your hair. Twist the lid and dispense the desired amount onto your palms. Add water and rub together to create a rich lather, then massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply the Nutrire conditioner most suited to your strand type for a complete wash routine.

Nutrire kindly sent me a free sample of this shampoo so I could test and review it. I absolutely love the thick lather and the light peachy scent is just lovely. Feels like it cleanses without stripping, too, and my hair has been getting softer as I use it (following up with my standard conditioner, of course). The consistency is rich and creamy, almost like a lotion. And I've been able to use just the S.1 CALM to keep my mild dandruff at bay, rather than relying on any traditional anti-dandruff treatments. The cost may be a little steep, but the product itself is really well formulated.

I liked the smell and it lathered up well. It didn't seem the very best at making my scalp feel cleaned though but it did seem to add moisture to my scalp. I wish I would have had the serum and conditioner to go along with it to get the full experience though. My husband has very dry scalp and he liked it better than I did and will use the rest if it.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I really love the Nutriere S.1 Calm Shampoo! I have scalp psoriasis, so I'm always cautious about trying new shampoos, but this one didn't irritate my scalp at all. It has a nice scent and lathers really well, too. I'm so happy I gave it a try! If you have a sensitive scalp and struggle to find a shampoo that works for you, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. I'll definitely keep using it!
