Great size for medium to long hair
Tried other towels like this but wasnt big enough for long hair as it would stick out. This one is great and covers my hair with room for growth. Band at center for towel end works great while I finish getting ready.

I have always been warry of these types of towels, they didn't usually work. I've been using a regular bath towel forever. This is a game changer! not only does it work perfectly but it is lighter and easier on the head and neck. Soft, pretty and does the Job. 5 stars are not enough.
Never going to use anything else other than THIS
AHHH I LOVE THIS my hair is very long and thick and normally using my regular towel to dry my hair takes FOREVER but this dries it in about 1-2 hours it doesn't make my hair frizzy or damage it I will never by anything else but THIS! I love it!

How long is "extra large"? My hair is down to my butt and I've yet to find a big enough towel

A reviewer with waist-length hair said it covered fully with room to spare, so butt-length hair should get solid coverage too, possibly closer to the edge but still more room than typical towels.
