Start by wetting your hair. Twist the lid and dispense the desired amount onto your palms. Add water and rub together to create a rich lather, then massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply the conditioner most suited to your strand type to hydrate and detangle hair.

So far I feel like this is really moisturizing for my hair and scalp both. I'm eager to see after even more use how my scalp feels. I like that I don't need to use too much to get a good lather, and the smell is nice too.

I have been using the shampoo 3 times a week. It makes my hair and scalp feel very clean without drying it out. I feel many shampoos make you feel like you are washing the moisture away too. Not this one. I also love the smell. Smells good but not overpowering.
