Start by wetting your hair. Twist the lid and dispense the desired amount onto your palms. Add water and rub together to create a rich lather, then massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply the Nutrire conditioner most suited to your strand type for a complete wash routine.

I wanted to give this product 5 stars, because initially after washing my hair it felt really clean. Then came the the subsequent days and my hair started to look greasy again. I tried the shampoo with and without conditioner and got the same results. I prefer washing my hair 3 sometimes 4 times a week as I do not want to kick my follicles into oil production but honestly after using this shampoo compared to others, I do not see a difference. The smell is lovely and the bottle design is neat!

I live in Florida where my hair stands no chance with out humidity but this shampoo has changed everything for me. My hair is so soft and keeps my fly away at bay and lasts for days. The smell is also nice and subtle like a light almond or macadamia like clean smell.
