Mix 8oz of cold water or your milk of choice with a serving of Momentum in a shaker. Shake for at least 15 seconds. You can also mix Momentum in your favorite smoothie. You can take Momentum any time. Many prefer it in the morning or early afternoon because of the increase in energy they feel.
DO NOT MIX with hot coffee or hot water. Hot liquid will make your vitamins inert and sour tasting.
Allergens: Contains dairy. Manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts. Warnings: Vitamin K should not be taken with anticoagulant drugs (Coumadin/Warfarin).

Because this formula contains beef-derived collagen peptides and dairy-derived whey protein isolate, it would not be considered kosher. Disappointed
Looking for a healthy protein powder, this looked promising. In a shake, the flavor is off and the texture or mouth feel is gritty. there are better options available that will land in my blender. the chocolate option was mildly better. glad I only paid half price to try.
Really good!
I ordered a bunch of the single serve packets when it was half off. I put half of the single serve with almond milk and a half of a banana and a coiple strawberries and it was really good! It says to shake it but i blended everything together. It was very filling. I will continue to use to see how i start feeling, but I plan to get more soon!

It wouldn't mix at all no matter how much I shake it. It was too much powder for 8oz thats just a fact. It did taste good tho from the little drink i could take.
