Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I had bought the gingivitis mouthwash before it worked fine. When I ran out I bought the deep clean mouthwash it was also working fine but I started to noticed that my teeth were getting really yellow and I was having gum sensitivity. I got my teeth whitened a few years ago so they weren't yellow at...

I..USE... To use the Other brand. But after ordering the Two pack on Amazon? I never went back! Its fabulous and gives me one less thing to worry about.. now I speak freely without worry.. Ever! I love the Icy blue I feel so clean! But The green is lovely too! Just less of a kick!

I used the TheraBreath Healthy Gums Mouthwash for several months prior to my dental checkup and got an "A+ rating" from my dentist. When I told him about using this mouthwash, he agreed that I was using a fine product and apparently the results are my proof! I love that there is no burning sensation but - more importantly - having a healthy mouth is worth the extra cost!
