Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

We've tried a couple other flavors - my son uses the watermelon and I thought the Icy Mint was well enough. But the Rainforest Mint is about the worst flavored mouthwash my husband and I have ever tried. It tastes like trees in a misty rainforest. Literally. Trees. I had to look up all the ingredients to see if they actually used trees! It doesn't appear so, but I found other reviews where they have thought the same thing.

This is the only mouthwash I am currently using. Does not dry my mouth and it is very refreshing, I love the flavor and breath smells fresh after using it. Packaging is good just like any other mouthwash. Overall it is an amazing products a little pricier than other mouthwash, but I'd rather pay and use Thera breath
Bring Back the Original Formula!

I've been using TheraBreath mouthwash for years and always swore by it — the original formula kept my breath fresh for a full 24 hours. But ever since they switched to this new "12-hour formula," it's just not the same. It doesn't last nearly as long, and the overall effectiveness has definitely gone downhill. This new version honestly sucks compared to the old one. Please bring back the original 24-hour formula that actually worked!
