Remove the liner by gently stretching the tape to tear along the perforation at the tab split. Apply the tape to lips starting from one side and gently pressing across. Lips must be clean, dry, hair-free and closed. Breathe through your nose normally. Use the mouth-breathing vent as needed.

Relieving Sleep Issues But Rough On Lips
I was having issues with a dry mouth and throat due to sleeping with my mouth open. I was worried the mouth tape wouldn't stay on my mouth throughout the night. It does stay on and solved my issue. Very happy I purchased
I've only used these for two nights, but I'm already impressed. I usually wake up with a dry mouth and white tongue from sleeping with my mouth open, but I've slept straight through both nights, which almost never happens. The tape is flexible, comfortable, doesn't leave residue, and the breathing hole makes it feel natural. The travel case is a nice bonus. Highly recommend.
Will keep repurchasing
I really love this brand's mouth tape because it is extremely user-friendly and large enough to properly cover my lips. The paper is extremely easy to remove from the sticky portion and it fits comfortably on the lips. I never have issues with this tape lifting during the night, it keeps my lips tightly closed while I sleep. I also appreciate that they include a little case because it's perfect for travelling. Because this tape does such a great job staying secured to your skin, your lips might feel a bit dry when you remove it in the morning, but this isn't really an issue for me because my lips are back to normal after I do my morning skincare. You also probably shouldn't try to apply this after you slather lip balm or a lip mask because it may not stick to your skin as well.

I love the ventilation!
I love the ventilation for sipping water through a straw. I was also able to talk some while wearing these. I don't feel so restricted, andcthat means I'll more likely wear them. They're also easy to reposition ^ still stick
Gentle & Effective
Had doubts about how I'd feel and react to having my mouth "taped" closed overnight. With the small cut in the middle, you can breathe, drink through a straw, and still talk as needed, and your mouth still stays closed while you sleep. My sleep is deeper and more restful when I use these. It is safe for sensitive skin too.
