Remove the liner by gently stretching the tape to tear along the perforation at the tab split. Apply the tape to lips starting from one side and gently pressing across. Lips must be clean, dry, hair-free and closed. Breathe through your nose normally. Use the mouth-breathing vent as needed.

Relieving Sleep Issues But Rough On Lips
I was having issues with a dry mouth and throat due to sleeping with my mouth open. I was worried the mouth tape wouldn't stay on my mouth throughout the night. It does stay on and solved my issue. However, I noticed by day 3 that my lips were peeling and chapped from taking the tape off in the am. ...

The best!
This is the best mouth tape I have tried. It's ok if you have a lip mask on our thick lotion, it will still stay on.
Works well
I have tried at least 5 different tapes and this is my favorite. A few times I have used it without and it definitely gets caught on any dry skin in the morning when I try to remove; however, I prefer to sleep with a lip mask on anyways and this is the only tape I have found that will stick regardless. I also like the little case it comes with and find it super helpful for traveling.

I find the tape stays on all night, and if I pull SLOWLY, it comes right off in the morning with no loss of skin. I'm coming back now to buy the larger pack!
Relieving Sleep Issues But Rough On Lips
I was having issues with a dry mouth and throat due to sleeping with my mouth open. I was worried the mouth tape wouldn't stay on my mouth throughout the night. It does stay on and solved my issue. However, I noticed by day 3 that my lips were peeling and chapped from taking the tape off in the am. You have to apply a warm rag and take your time removing the tape in the am. Also, applying enough lip moisture in the pm so the tape doesn't dry out your lips makes it hard to get the tape to stick. I will use mine up then find another, gentler mouth tape.
Terrible
What a waste of $$$. Hardly stays attached to lips.
