Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

My mother-in-law left a sample of this so I tried it. It's fantastic so I bought some today at the store.The only problem is you need to adhere a pair of pliers to the side of it, so we can get into the bottle. But other than that , quite thrilled with the product.

I have been looking for a mouthwash that doesn't have dye or fluorite in it for a long time. I finally found in with Therabreath! It is strong but tastes good and leaves my mouth clean and fresh! The bottle should say "No Fluorite" so people will know at a glance that is doesn't contain it. I was buying a few other brands without fluorite but they were not as strong so didn't work as well.
