Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I have been using the Therabreath MILD MINT oral rinse for a couple of years, but could not find it in the store that last little while, and when I finally found it, it was not the same. Minimal flavour, and it would aggravate my GERD, so I will not be using it any more.

I have been using the Anticavity Rinse for about 4 months. I searched high and low for a product that would help with a few sensitive teeth. It was suggested that I get a root canal, but I knew that wasn't necessary. No cavities, no infections so I opted for Therabreath and within 1 week, the enamel was restored, the sensitivity is gone and I am a true believer that Therabreath saved my teeth! I have horrible breath due to h medications I take. I was afraid to get close and talk to people. It made me be more reserved in a group. I started using the mouth wash about w weeks ago. I had oral surgery and was not able to use any alcohol based mouthwash and my surgeon referred me to Thereabreath products. It was not harsh on my gums. I continue to still use it regularly every day. I just saw the holiday mint I'll definitely try it. My teeth & gums feel better hard to describe but I really like the product. I use the dark blue bottle.
