Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

When I ran out I bought the deep clean mouthwash it was also working fine but I started to noticed that my teeth were getting really yellow and I was having gum sensitivity. As a dental hygienist, I've been keeping up with the research and lawsuit against Listerine. It turns out the research was valid and it can increase your risk for oral cancer due to killing the good and bad bacteria and promoting a cancer causing bacteria strain. I liked the taste and that it had no alcohol. I did feel it cleaned my mouth. I liked the smell. Good value. I liked the bright colors on packaging. This product did advertise as non burning but it did burn my mouth and is stronger then other mouth rinses I have used.

This mouth wash tastes good, it's very refreshing and it doesn't at all leave a burning feeling in your mouth. It keeps your breath fresh for the whole day. I like that the bottle comes with a measuring cap so you exactly how much to use. It's not a big bottle but i also don't have to a lot so it still lasts for a while. I'd highly recommend
