Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls)of rinse between your teeth twice a day for30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. * For 24 hours gingivitis protection, use every day and rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Stop use and ask a dentist if Gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use. This rinse may cause temporary staining to the surface of the teeth. This is not harmful, and adequate brushing may prevent its occurrence.

Stained my teeth!
This product helped my gums, but left BLACK stains on my teeth!!! Now that I learned Cetylpyridinium Chloride can stain teeth, I am definitely switching mouthwashes!

The only mouthwash I can use that doesng have strong alcohol/ burning effect in my mouth. Using this twice a day makes a difference with my gums for sure!

I'm so picky about mouthwash. I don't like putting a bunch of cheap toxic chemicals in my mouth. This mouthwash seems very clean and I ordered more :) I love it so far

This is a great alternative to harsher brands and it smells good. It doesnt irritate my sensitive teeth or gums.
