Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls)of rinse between your teeth twice a day for30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. * For 24 hours gingivitis protection, use every day and rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Stop use and ask a dentist if Gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use. This rinse may cause temporary staining to the surface of the teeth. This is not harmful, and adequate brushing may prevent its occurrence.

Have always liked Therabreath but this mouthwash made the insides of my cheek burn and now they're extremely sore and it's been days. I don't know if it's because I was using the Pink recently which is very mild in taste and no burn at all or what. But it hurts'. Either way, it's obviously not the product for me. Will go back to my pink bottle or sparkly bottle. Also, the taste! Yikes! Super sweet eyuck
