Peel: Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
Apply and Wait: Stretch the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure.
If you're using the professional treatment, leave the strips on for 30 to 45 minutes.
For the express treatment, keep them on for 60 minutes.

Love how these work!
I love how well these stick! The coconut oil makes this much less harsh than other stripes I've used. The strips are easy to use, without the sloppy straps getting loose and sticking everywhere but your teeth. Shipping was fast and accurate! Would order again!
Very effective
Very useful product. My teeth were noticeably whiter in about a week. Going to keep with it as I can clearly see a major difference. I'm a coffee drinker, so my teeth were pretty stained.

The instructuons in the back of the box days to use the p rofessional strips for 30-45 min and the express for 60 min. The instructions in the details on the Ulta site says the opposite. Which is the correct one ?

I have one tooth that is a crown. Can i still use the strip to whiten the rest of my teeth. Will the crown be affected? Since i can't avoid it in the area its in.

Whitening products only work on natural tooth enamel, so your crown will not whiten or change color. However, since your natural teeth may lighten while the crown stays the same shade, you could notice a difference in color between them.
