Peel: Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
Apply and Wait: Fit the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure. If you're using the express treatment, leave the strips on for 30 to 45 minutes. For the professional treatment, keep them on for 60 minutes.

I have one tooth that is a crown. Can i still use the strip to whiten the rest of my teeth. Will the crown be affected? Since i can't avoid it in the area its in.

Whitening products only work on natural tooth enamel, so your crown will not whiten or change color. However, since your natural teeth may lighten while the crown stays the same shade, you could notice a difference in color between them. Made my teeth so sensitive
I have sensitive teeth and opted for these since Crest white strips have been to harsh in the past for me and ive used other brands for whitening strips that use coconut oil…just because a brand uses coconut oil doesnt mean its safe for sensitive teeth. I used thesw for one night and kept them on for the suggested 60 minutes. They burned my teeth right away and made them sensitive for at least the following 24 hours. 0/10 recommend.

It's inteating that people say these aren't for sensitive teeth. I have found other whitening strips hurt, but these actually don't. If your still sensitive, you can cut the strips and half and only apply them to the front of your teeth. I found that can help reduce pain with other strips I've used. Plus, you get another weeks worth lol.

Another popular brand slid and wouldnt stay put. They also showed a noticable shade or two whiter after use. I enjoyed the coconut and mint scent and flavor.
Not for sensitive teeth
This whitened my teeth really well but it caused my peroxide burns on my gums and all around my mouth. My mouth is so sore and my gums are starting to slough off after 2 uses….
