Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls)of rinse between your teeth twice a day for30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. * For 24 hours gingivitis protection, use every day and rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Stop use and ask a dentist if Gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use. This rinse may cause temporary staining to the surface of the teeth. This is not harmful, and adequate brushing may prevent its occurrence.

So far still the quality product it always was.

I have been using this for many years and unlike the newly reformulated toothpastes, it is still a worthwhile product that so far I can trust. It is mild in flavor, non-irritating, and does not leave a bitter aftertaste. I hope they leave this one alone (and go back to the old toothpaste formulas).

The only mouthwash I can use that doesng have strong alcohol/ burning effect in my mouth. Using this twice a day makes a difference with my gums for sure!

You are better off sticking to the blue or darker blue bottle. This product is not worth it, Stains TEETH.
