Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls)of rinse between your teeth twice a day for30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. * For 24 hours gingivitis protection, use every day and rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Stop use and ask a dentist if Gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use. This rinse may cause temporary staining to the surface of the teeth. This is not harmful, and adequate brushing may prevent its occurrence.

I bought a trial size of the healthy gums to test out and had no issues. I then decided to buy a 16oz of the deep clean oral rinse. This was the worst decision I made. I used this product for about five months after my hygienist recommended it to me for reducing tartar buildup. Although I liked the fresh taste and clean feeling it left in my mouth, this product stained my teeth so badly that I had to stop using it. When I returned to my dental hygienist, he had to work long and hard to remove the stains caused by this product. Though it reduced tartar buildup, the tradeoff of stained teeth was not worth it. I am now stuck with a bottle and a half of product that I can't use.

I bought this yesterday it doesn't give directions on whether to use before or after I use before bc I don't want to wash away the fluoride from my toothpaste other than that it's a cool mouth rinse I guess my gums have been sore recently kinda feel lumpy so I'm hoping it helps it makes my mouth feel minty and my breath just fresh!

I used it and immediately got brown staining all along my gum line after using this, used it 4 or 5 times more and each time it was worse, my hygienist was unhappy as am I. Not ok to sell this to us! My hygienist had to painstakingly scrape it off.

I have been using this for many years and unlike the newly reformulated toothpastes, it is still a worthwhile product that so far I can trust. It is mild in flavor, non-irritating, and does not leave a bitter aftertaste. I hope they leave this one alone (and go back to the old toothpaste formulas).
