Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoons) of rinse between your teeth twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse.

I bought a trial size of the healthy gums to test out and had no issues. I then decided to buy a 16oz of the deep clean oral rinse. This was the worst decision I made. So far still the quality product it always was.

I have been using this for many years and unlike the newly reformulated toothpastes, it is still a worthwhile product that so far I can trust. It is mild in flavor, non-irritating, and does not leave a bitter aftertaste. I hope they leave this one alone (and go back to the old toothpaste formulas).

The only mouthwash I can use that doesng have strong alcohol/ burning effect in my mouth. Using this twice a day makes a difference with my gums for sure!

You are better off sticking to the blue or darker blue bottle. This product is not worth it, Stains TEETH.
