Infinitely better than the original HA serum
I stopped using the original HA serum it was so drying Bought this and have used for 2 days and the difference from the old product is vast! A significant improvement. Peptides really agree with my skin and I've found this nicely hydrating. I usually hate reformulations but this one is so much bet...

Why change a formula that worked fine???!
I've used this product for over 6 years and was very happy with it. Weirdly out of nowhere every company is changing their formulas... this new formula caused a red rash on my face, my face stings and feels tight. Unfortunately won't be buying this again.

Does not play well with my moisturizer
I love so many things from The Ordinary, and I still love the Hyaluronic acid but for some reason this time after putting it on and then my moisturizer, it pills so bad. I have to use a wash cloth to dust my face off. Only night use now.
Great product at good price point.
Have used this off and in for years, I always come back to it. Great hydration without stickiness. Makes my skin happy. Love it under moisturizers. Never pills. Even use on my hair ends! Hope they never quit making this.
It's growing on me
I absolutely LOVE The Ordinary!!! With these inexpensive products, you can put together a personalized skin care regimen that meets your exact needs without paying for a lot of ingredients you probably don't need and/or going through some expensive customization service. I combine The Ordinary with COSRX Snail Mucin products and a Mario Badescu toner for the best results. Granted, my regimen consists of about a dozen products, so I could save time by spending more money, but the results I've gotten from the regimen I've put together are undeniable! My skin looks firmer, healthier, and younger. Don't know that this is necessary after the Snail Mucin Serum, but I feel like it adds moisture.

Go to Hyaluronic Acid. Great price. To make sure this product works and doesnt flake or dry your skin, wet your face first then apply it on skin. It works 100% on wet or damp skin.
