Name is deceiving
I used this product with the hopes that it would stand on its name and what it promised to provide, hydration. Did none of the such unfortunately. This was very watery and upon application, felt like water. When it dried down, my face felt so dry and tight. I gave 2 stars because it was affordable & it didn't break me out. However, it didn't hydrate either.
