The packaging is cute love the color, quality of it I would say is a 7/10 , I like the way it feels and makes my skin feel but I don't see my skin look like it has glitter or shines too much at all. It definitely absorbs pretty quick my skin did at least. But it's definitely will be something I would use in the future.

This serum is soooooo hydrating!!!! If you want your skin to look like glass, use this serum under your makeup and your skin will shine! It's very hydrating and will just leave your skin so soft. Elf has really stepped up their skincare and can be comparable to other higher brands! It's a great value!
