Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

I love it
I really love this product. it's better than the Pharmacy balm at a fraction of the price.
Have only used it three times, but so far I like it
So far I like this better than the very expensive Pharmacy cleansing balm. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy and it doesn't cloud my vision like some brands do. I reccomed using a damp washcloth to remove it rather than water. Would buy again.
No just pass
It is scented skincare and that is not good. The product isnt great and the scent is gross
Excellent Cleansing Balm
I have purchased this product several times. It is the best cleansing balm and a little goes a long way. It truly removes all traces of makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft. Then I go and use my Shiseido Cream Cleanser. This is a keeper in my cleansing routine.
