I really liked the concept of this cleanser, since I have only been using wipes or a Norwex cloth to remove makeup and regular soap to wash my face. I felt I should take better care of my skin, and thought switching to this cleanser would be a great first step. I like that it is fragrance free and leaves my skin feeling soft and not stripped of its natural oils. However, it's adverstised to remove makeup and I find that my mascara does not want to come off with it! I don't even use waterproof mascara, so it was very disappointing to still have racoon eyes after cleansing, even when I try double-cleansing! I have still been using it since it's expensive, but don't plan on repurchasing once it's gone.
