My favorite cleansing balm!

I usually have to hunt for a polyethylene & cruelty-free cleansing balm, so when I saw Good Molecules released one, I hit the "add to cart" button immediately! They have become one of my favorite brands lately, anyway on to the review! The packaging doesn't take up much room, is easy to use, and rec...

Does not remove waterproof mascara or liquid/gel eyeliner.

I will not buy this again. I bought it for double cleansing, along with my regular cleanser, from a different brand. I was going to buy a more expensive cleansing balm that specifically removes waterproof makeup, but I fed into the reviews on this one. I'm going to assume now that none of the review...

Great cleanser!

I've been a super minimalist when it comes to skincare products for a long time. Most skincare products contain ingredients that cause more harm than good and I have sensitive, dry, redness prone skin. I had just been using various microfiber cleansing cloths and water as a cleanser for years, but decided to try this after having a good experience with another Good Molecules product and wanting to explore this brand. I am very impressed with this brand and have added several products to my rountine. I really like this cleanser, it does a great job of removing mineral makeup and tinted mineral sunscreen, it doesnt cause any irritation or dry out my skin at all. I use a small amount of cleanser (like a spoonful of the included spatula), so this tub will last a long time. The secret to using this though is to emulsify it while it's on the skin by applying it on dry skin and then adding a little water by wetting my fingers while cleansing. That way it cleans and rinses off completely. It is very gentle and does a better job of removing makeup and sunscreen than the cloths i had been using for years. I only use cleanser at night though to keep from overstripping my skin. I'm very impressed with this line and love their minimal ingredients, nonirritating, cruelty free products and amazing price point!

This cleansing balm melts my makeup off so easily and without irritation. Great value for size of product, good molecules made another great one! My only complaint is the tin top doesn't want to go on very easily every time I use it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I've tried other balms but this one is the best. Removes makeup super easily, rinses off without residue, no weird smells. I also love the tiny spatula and that it comes in a recyclable tin. Lasts me a few months but also wish it could be larger.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
