Does not remove waterproof mascara or liquid/gel eyeliner.
I will not buy this again. I bought it for double cleansing, along with my regular cleanser, from a different brand. Forever a staple in my skincare collection
I've repurchased this at least 10 times now. This is truly one of the best affordable cleansing balms on the market. It is easy to use, lasts awhile, and always gets all of my makeup off with ease! I highly recommend.
