New formula is not the same
This was my holy grail cleansing balm since 2020 that I've never strayed from but like with most things the reformulation changed & it now leaves an oily balmy residue that's super hard to remove. Before I could easily use this then rinse my face then go in with my gentle cleanser now it takes some effort to remove the residue even after my second cleanse
Love this as much as before!
They edited the formula a little bit i can hardly tell. It smells the same and performs the same - always a fav!
