Leaves a residue that's difficult to remove!
I've gotten this product before but i think it was reformulated, because last time it worked perfectly but this time is a lot different. This is my second night using it now and i might return it because i use it as directed, but no matter how many times i rinse my face the makeup/ balm residue does not come off! It only comes off if i take it off with a damp rag and I'd rather not do that. It used to come off with warm water no problem. It does get the makeup off but it stays since the balm will not wash off.

I love this cleansing balm. We're going on vacation for a week and bought this mini for the trip.
Smells good but doesn't take off makeup
I got recommended this by an employee because the makeup melt I wanted was out of stock. It smelt good and feels good on skin but I'm left with most of my makeup still on.
No good
The only benefit of this product is the clean ingredients and that it may be more cost effective than liquid or wipes. This product burns my eyes even though I apply when my eyes are closed. I bought the fragrance free option. I also have to apply a second coat because the first application does not fully take off my mascara. I will not buy again.
Best make-up remover
This works so well at taking off all my make-up, I don't need to follow-up with anything else. Leaves my face squeaky clean without drying it out.
