- Q
hi, my fave face oil is being discontinued and am looking for a replacement. I loved the other one because it left my skin so soft, took off waterproof makeup with beating up my eyes, most importantly, because of my fibromyalgia and back issues, I didn't have to bend over the sink to rinse it. I would just massage it in and then wipe off with a wet makeup eraser towel. would I be able to do that with this product?
- Asked by PartlyCloudy
- Official Answer By Clinique USHello. Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Oil is easily removed with warm water. Why does this product contain BHT? And why is it called an oil cleanser if it doesn't even actually contain any oil?
- Asked by sca

Just as good as balm
I've had this for a few weeks now and I really like it! It's way less messy than the balm and I love that I can just pump a few pumps into my hand instead of digging in a jar. It removes my eye makeup pretty well but i do have to admit i still have a little residue under my eyes from eye liner. I us...

No... Just no.
I used this product how it was recommend to use. Apply to dry skin with dry hands and massage all over face and eyes to remove makeup, and rinse. Well it works.. but my skin started breaking out EXTREMELY bad. I rarely get breakouts due to finding a skin care routine that works for my skin. After a ...

Never again
I thought i like this. But ehen i used it ahain i could not get the oul off my face! Even after washing it with face soap it stayed on. I have combo skin and this just disnt do it at all! I like the DHC. No oil and does a pretty good job with my waterproof mascara and makeup.
Best makeup remover!
Okay so first of all anyone who says it doesn't remover eye make up is likely using it wrong. If you massage it into your skin before you dampen your skin with water, it cleans every bit of eye makeup evem waterproof mascara. This stuff is gold and have been using it for years!
Best oil makeup remover
Best oil makeup remover in liquid form. Doesnt hurt my eyes.
Eh
Soooo I tried out this product because I've heard its very good. As an employee at Ulta we use this product to remove makeup sometimes on our guests. It does what it claims to do. It removes make up. But it will NOT remove eye makeup, as in mascara, or concealer/foundation around the eye area. It will NOT remove all the make up on ur skin either. So if ur wearing medium-heavy make up you might want to finish off with a make up wipe. I expected more for the price point.
Great at removing makeup
I love this makeup remover. I love thag its a pump and i dont have to dip my fingers in a jar. I love that its not irritating to the eyes. And i love thag it removes all of my makeup.
