When I first started using a toner, I bought this one since it wasn't too expensive and thought the ingredients seem pretty good. I have combination skin that's mainly oily around my T-zone. I noticed a difference within a short amount of time. I noticed the discoloration around my upper cheeks and forehead started to even out. When I first started double cleansing, I noticed this toner helped me remove the buildup in my skin that was hard to remove from just cleansing alone. This toner didn't cause me any irritation or make me break out, since I'm acne prone. This is my third time purchasing this toner, and I'm still happy with the results.
