Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Love how this removes mascara
I really like this product, it feels good, a little goes a long way and it actually removes mascara. Some mascaras can be hard to remove and this product does it well. Would definitely recommend (and have to friends) and would repurchase.
Great makeup removing balm
This affordable makeup removing balm from Elf works great, is easy on my dry and sensitive skin, and even removes eye makeup. I have repurchased this at least three times. You do need to use a cloth to help get the eye make up off but it definitely works better than most every other remover I've tried.

Former Farmacy Green Clean Loyalist Double Cleanser
I use makeup balms as the first step of my double cleanse. Until a recent formula change, I had used Farmacy Green Clean for 5+ years. I have tried Belif and Clinique's cleansing balms as potential replacements and now elf. elf gets the make up off just as well as the others. I do think it has a bit of an oilier consistency and a stronger fragrance, but for a fraction of the price of the others it isn't a deal breaker for me. Not as good as the original Farmacy Green Clean, but since tjat is no longer an option, I'll repurchase this one.
