Super gentle cleansing balm!
I LOVE this cleansing balm. Cleansing balms are usually my favorite way to remove makeup. In the past, I've used a few others including Farmacy's Green Clean but I haven't found one gentle enough to remove my heavy makeup around my eyes without irritating my eyes at the same time. While I always dou...

Polyethylene=Pollutant
I REALLY wanted to buy this cleansing balm. The e.l.f. Holy Hydration moisturizer is amazing and I fell in love with it, looking forward to trying their Cannabis moisturizer next! However, one of the ingredients that is higher up on the list (which means there's a higher concentration of it in there...

it's okay
I gave it a three star because it's just not gentle around the eye area. and that's a big issue for me
This is my go to makeup remover.
I love everything about it! Easy to use, removes my makeup and gentle on my 62 year old skin.
Former Farmacy Green Clean Loyalist Double Cleanser
I use makeup balms as the first step of my double cleanse. Until a recent formula change, I had used Farmacy Green Clean for 5+ years. I have tried Belif and Clinique's cleansing balms as potential replacements and now elf. elf gets the make up off just as well as the others. I do think it has a bit of an oilier consistency and a stronger fragrance, but for a fraction of the price of the others it isn't a deal breaker for me. Not as good as the original Farmacy Green Clean, but since tjat is no longer an option, I'll repurchase this one.
Clogged Pores, Left Bumps
I really wanted to like this. It removed the makeup well but for some reason it must've clogged my pores because it left bumps on my eyelids. :( They went away when I stopped using the product thank goodness.
Would be great minus the fragrance
I picked this up hearing about the great reviews and also pure curiosity with the hopes of finding a new makeup remover/cleanser. Good news: it works really well. The formula is nice. With the help of a reusable makeup cloth, even waterproof mascara and eyeliner came right off. Until the irritation happened. I used it for four days, broke out, and have red, irritated skin. If you have sensitive skin, don't use this product as the ingredient used for the fragranced part of it may damage your skin. Should elf remake this product with no scents, I'd be all for it.
