I've been using this product regularly (at night I'm about 2/3 through my bottle) and follow the instructions. I use the raspberry toner (which is amazing for breakouts btw!), let it dry a tad and then apply the ceramide barrier serum followed by the polypetide moisturizer. I honestly haven't notice...

Not sure what's happening with this product
I purchased a bottle of this a while back and loved it, was so hydrating for my skin. Just bought a second bottle and the color of the serum was noticeably different like a pale yellow color instead of white. I used it anyways since there was no weird smell or anything and it turned my skin bright red. Had to throw the brand new bottle away. Not a happy customer :(
I love this stuff
This has been a godsend to my skin. I will repurchase as long as they don't change the formula. It helped repair my skin barrier and now if I try a new product that doesn't agree with my skin, I will use this and it will help alleviate any symptoms. Love this stuff and cannot shut up about it!

Most hydrating serum I have ever used. Actually gives me a Å"glass skin look for the first time in my life. It makes all my other products absorb really well and works really well as skin prep for Tretinoin so I dont dry out too much. Im starting Accutane soon and am hoping I can continue to use this to keep my skin supple.

I thought this was reformulated without Lactic Acid so it's better for sensitive/rosacea skin but the ingredient list via Ulta doesn't seem to be updated. Can someone confirm if they just recently bought it, does the ingredients still say Lactic Acid? Or do I need to go through CocoKind's website to get the reformulated one?

Because we know seeing lactic acid on the ingredient list caused confusion or concern for some customers, we removed it in the updated formula. What is the manufacturing or expiration date? They usually labeled it as manufacturing with F followed by YYMMDD

On the bottom of every product box, we list a PAO (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). This will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening. Storing them in a cool, dry place, tightly closing the lid, and using clean hands to obtain the product, always helps maintain the integrity of the shelf life. Additionally, there is no expiration date on skincare products, with the exception of OTC items and any product referring to a medical skincare concern - including our daily SPF and postbiotic acne serum. These products will have an expiration date noted on the product itself. The numbers at the bottom of the bottle correspond to the Lot/Batch number of the product. Can I mix vitamin c powder into this? (Not the whole bottle lol, i mix before each application.)

Our ceramide barrier serum is carefully formulated to support your skin barrier at a specific pH and balance. Adding pure vitamin C powder (which is quite acidic) can shift that balance, potentially making the formula less effective and more irritating—especially if your skin is sensitive. If you’d like to use vitamin C, the best approach is to apply it separately (either as a pre-formulated vitamin C serum or mixed with a product designed to handle actives), then follow with the ceramide barrier serum to help support your skin.Was this answer helpful to you
