Worth the purchase!
For context, I have oily skin, acne prone/hormonal acne, and sensitive skin. I've tried thousands of foundations that get me oily even within 1 hr of application. Yes, I do a good skin care routine and get a decent primer. But even then it does not work. This foundation on the other hand stays matte for a good couple of hours before needing a touch up. This product is VERY lightweight which is perfect because I don't like heavy feeling foundations. For being a matte product it doesn't crack or get blotchy either. A little goes a long way with this but you can build it if that's your preference. It's not budget friendly, but worth the investment! I can compare this to Estee Lauder's iconic double stay foundation, but this is not as heavy or as orange as their product.
Bring back the old formula … I'm BEGGING

This new formula is terrible. It is patchy and doesn't last in my T zone where I'm oily. I just become super slick and shiny and it comes off. Additionally the packaging feels like there is so much less product and it doesn't last like it used to. I loved the previous formula… it looked so natural like skin, everyone always asked me about it and I could wear it all day with no issues. Now, I have yet to find something similar to the old formula and I am so devastated by it. I was a long term Too Faced customer but I've had to venture out and it sucks because I do love this brand but nothing is working anymore.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really wanted to love the Too Faced Born This Way Soft Matte Foundation, but honestly… it ended up being just okay for me. The shade match was actually pretty spot-on, and I liked how lightweight it felt at first, but the matte finish just didn't vibe with my skin at all.

Change the formula back!! The matte version in the glass bottle was perfect and my go to foundation for everything. It's so disappointing it's in a tube now and the foundation is completely different. It doesn't go on as smooth, it's thick and cakey, and it doesn't wear well. Don't mess with a good thing. I see many other loyal customers have the same complaints.

The original tf was my goly grail. My skin is oily, sensitive, and this is the ONLY product that worked for me, flawlessly. Light, beautiful, didnt mess my skin up, held up in the fl keys heat! All around wonderous. Of course- its changed and its TERRIBLE. This is like the nyx blur tint. This is NOT the original too faced gorgeous foundation in a beautiful package. Save your money. Too faced- we want the OG back. If its not broken, dont fix it.
