Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night. *For 24 Hour Stain Protection rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

A little goes a long way with this mouthwash. I first purchased this on March 7th, and I still have a decent amount of mouthwash left. This is much better than Listerine or Crest! You won't regret trying this!

I have started using this mouthwash and I can tell you it burns! But it leaves me feeling so clean afterwards and my breath doesn't stink for hours, even after eating food. Although, this product makes my lips tingle and feel numb/plump afterwards. It feels like after you go to a dentist and they numb you! I believe it is like that because it contains Menthol. But overall, I would buy again.
